You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Description of the Service
IPTV Providers Online is a direct internet streaming service providing live television channels and on-demand content over the internet. Access requires a compatible device and a sufficient internet connection (a minimum of 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K is recommended). We offer a 24-hour free trial with no credit card required.
3. Accounts and Credentials
When you subscribe or request a trial, we issue login credentials. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity on your account. The number of simultaneous streams permitted depends on your selected plan (from 1 to 5 connections). Sharing credentials beyond your permitted connection count may result in suspension.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal
Subscriptions are sold for fixed terms (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) at the prices shown on our pricing page. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not auto-renew: when a term ends, your access ends unless you choose to renew. We do not charge you automatically or store your card for recurring billing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially re-broadcast the Service without authorization
- Use the Service to infringe the rights of any third party
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service
- Share credentials beyond your permitted connection count
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund where permitted by law.
6. Refunds
Because the Service is digital and delivered instantly, refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. We strongly recommend the 24-hour free trial before purchasing.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service aggregates content provided by third-party sources. IPTV Providers Online does not claim ownership of the underlying televised content, channels, or trademarks, which remain the property of their respective owners. The Site design, branding, and original text are the property of IPTV Providers Online.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we target 99.9% uptime and monitor streams 24/7, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times, and we are not responsible for temporary outages caused by upstream sources, network conditions, or device incompatibility.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV Providers Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
