What is IPTV and how does it work?
IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers live TV channels over the internet instead of cable or satellite. You need an internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25+ Mbps for 4K) and a compatible device. Your subscription includes login credentials that you enter into a media player app on your device.
Is the 24-hour free trial really free?
Yes. We don't ask for a credit card, and we don't auto-charge after the trial. You get 24 hours of full access to test every channel and every stream. If you decide not to subscribe, you walk away — no action needed on your end.
How many channels are included?
24,000+ live channels and 100,000+ on-demand movies and series. This includes all major sports networks, entertainment channels, movies, international channels from 80+ countries, kids programming, and news. Every plan includes the full lineup — no tier restrictions.
Do you count SD, HD, and 4K as separate channels?
No. Some providers list the same channel three times (SD, HD, 4K) to inflate their numbers. We count each channel once. The 24,000+ figure represents genuinely distinct channels.
Will this work on my Firestick?

Do I need a VPN?
A VPN isn't required, but some users in restricted regions prefer one. Our streams work with or without a VPN. We don't sell or recommend any specific VPN.
What happens if a channel goes down?
Our monitoring team is alerted automatically and works to restore streams 24/7. If a channel is down for more than a few minutes, contact us through the chat widget and we'll either fix it or help you find an alternative stream for the same content.
Can I watch on multiple devices at the same time?
That depends on your plan. The 1-Connection plan allows one screen at a time. Plans from 2 to 5 connections allow that many simultaneous streams on different devices. See pricing for details.
What internet speed do I need?
10 Mbps minimum for HD streaming, 25+ Mbps for 4K. Most standard broadband connections are more than enough. You can check your speed at speedtest.net before subscribing.
How fast do I get my subscription after paying?
Instantly. Your login credentials are sent to your email within minutes of payment. If you don't see them within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us through the chat widget.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details. You'll receive an email receipt immediately after checkout.
Can I use IPTV providers on my Samsung or LG Smart TV?
Yes. Samsung Smart TVs (2017 and newer with Tizen OS) and LG Smart TVs (2018 and newer with WebOS) are both supported. You can install a media player like IPTV Smarters Pro or set up the service through the built-in browser. Full setup instructions are in our device guide.
